Buyer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the agreed kitten price and any travel fees. You agree to give your kitten attentive, humane care: appropriate food, fresh water, a safe indoor home, company and veterinary care. Your kitten should not be allowed outdoors without supervision.

Cass Coon Cats may contact you after placement to make sure your kitten is settling in well and receiving proper care. If you are ever unable to keep your kitten, please contact us first, so we have the chance to help find a suitable new home.

Seller Commitments

Cass Coon Cats provides a kitten that is healthy and social at the time of placement, already spayed or neutered, with a record of the vaccinations and deworming suitable for its age. Kittens go home at 9 weeks, with a veterinary examination, a health certificate, a microchip, a travel carrier and the written health guarantee documents.

Veterinary Examination and Health

Please arrange a general veterinary examination with a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of bringing your kitten home. A written note from your veterinarian is required to validate the health guarantee. If a licensed veterinarian identifies a health concern caused by the seller, the kitten may be returned for a full refund, and Cass Coon Cats will cover the cost of the return.

Placement and Transfer

If you are unable to bond with your kitten, or decide within 30 days that the placement is not right, you may return the kitten for a full refund. Any transfer to another person requires approval from Cass Coon Cats. The kitten may not be sold, leased, traded or given to a pet shop, research facility, animal shelter or similar facility.

Travel Arrangements

Travel arrangements are confirmed after the kitten and the way home are agreed. We will discuss the best pickup or delivery plan for your location before any travel is booked.
